Ordering
We accept Visa and MasterCard and American Express as payment for orders placed.    We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to ensure that your credit card  number and personal information is kept secure during check out. We do not store your credit card information in our database. Once an order has been placed, it  cannot be changed or cancelled via our web site. If for any reason you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We can not cancel orders that have been shipped.  Due to availability some items may not been in stock, we reserve the right to exchange any product with a product of equal or higher value without notice. We will never exchange for a lower value item!

Sales Tax
Sales tax is collected at the rate of 8.25% on all orders shipped within the state of California.

Shipping
We ship our orders via United Parcel Service (UPS) or the U.S. Postal Service

(USPS). Orders generally shipped 24 business hours (Monday-Sat), however delays occasionally result, particularly during peak holiday seasons. Return Policy
We're confident that the merchandise we sell will meet or exceed your expectations, but if it doesn't we gladly accept your returns. If for some reason you are not satisfied with an item, please notify us within five days of receipt and we will refund or replace it. Please be aware that we cannot refund shipping costs, We are unable to accept returns that have been used or damaged by the purchaser, If you need to return and item in your order, please contact us. You will be responsible for the shipping cost of returning or exchanging

Additional Info:
We do not manufacture any of the toys or treats sold in our shop. Any specific manufacturing questions should be made directly to the manufacture of the product. Please make sure you always monitor you pet while they play with any toy and check treat contents for any ingredients your pet may be allergic to. Please note that any gift basket being shipped, may require cosmetic (decor) changes to prevent damage to complete package.
